Terms of Service

Purpose

The Shammah COGIC website provides public church information and access to church resources. Shammah Connect is a separate member and ministry application with account-based features.

Appropriate use

Users agree not to misuse the website or app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, impersonate others, submit malicious content, harass other users, or use church communication tools for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Accounts

Some Shammah Connect features require an account. Users are responsible for protecting their sign-in credentials and for information submitted through their account. Church administrators may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary for security, safety, ministry administration, or violations of these terms.

Giving

Online giving may be processed through Square or another approved payment provider. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Contributions should be reviewed carefully before submission.

Third-party services

The website or app may use or link to third-party services such as Google, Netlify, Square, OneSignal and social-media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

Digital services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, technical issues or updates. Shammah COGIC may update features, policies or these terms as the ministry's digital services develop.
