You can request help with eligible personal information associated with Shammah Connect.
What you can request
You may request a review of account information, correction of inaccurate account details, or deletion of eligible account information. Some records may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal, financial, ministry-administration or recordkeeping purposes.
How to make a request
Contact Shammah COGIC through the church's established communication channels and clearly state that your request concerns Shammah Connect account data. Include the name and email address associated with the account so the church can verify the request. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information.
Verification
Before changing or deleting account information, Shammah may ask for reasonable verification that the person making the request is the account holder or an authorized representative.
